It is appointed for all men once to dye,
therefore think upon eternity.
And as I am so must you be,
therefore prepare to follow me.
Line of verse added:
Man goeth to his long home, and ye manners go about the streets.
Il testo recita:
È stabilito che tutti gli uomini muoiano una volta sola,
perciò pensate all'eternità.
E come sono io, così devi essere anche tu,
perciò preparati a seguirmi.
Verso aggiunto:
L'uomo va alla sua lunga dimora, e le sue buone maniere vanno in giro per le strade.
