Lifting his weary head from Venus' lap,
Cried out aloud, "Ah, woe
is me! To wake-
God, lef me wake again!""
Poi il Cavaliere,
Sollevando il capo stanco dal grembo di Venere
Gridò ad alta voce: "Ah, povero me!
Risvegliarsi- Dio, lasciami svegliare ancora!".
